Job Description

Operations management:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple stores or locations in a specific geographic area.

Ensure all locations adhere to company policies and standards.


Monitor and manage the performance of each location, ensuring operational efficiency.

Sales and strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional and company goals.

Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual stores and the region.


Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Team leadership and development:

Manage, lead, and motivate a team of store managers and staff.

Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring a high-quality workforce.


Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team leaders and employees.

Financial management:

Assist with preparing budgets and monitoring financial performance for the area.

Ensure profitability and control costs within the designated region.

Customer relations:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


Handle and resolve customer feedback and service issues.
