Job Description


Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.0 Overall accountable to an area assigned (which consist of several outlets) be it for P&L, fulfillment of targets, sop and polices of the company. 2.0 Direct and manage coffeeshop/food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements. 3.0 Work closely with tenants on their operational needs and service consistency. 4.0 Manage coffee shop/food court according to budget with responsibility in creating and executing plans to sustain profitability. 5.0 Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management. 6.0 Conduct investigations & prepare reports for all incidents happened at outlet and put up recommendation. 7.0 Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues. 8.0 Resolve customers’ complaints and operational issues. 9.0 Perform related duties / tasks as required.

Job Requirements REQUIREMENTS: 1.0 Candidates must possess 2 to 5 years of managing experience in F&B. 2.0 Qualified in area of food hygiene and safety, familiarity with NEA/SFA guidelines is a must. 3.0 Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS, etc.) 4.0 Strong communication, good interpersonal and management skills. 5.0 Passionate in providing excellent management and customer oriented. 6.0 Ability to spot and resolve problems/challenges efficiently.
