DESIGNATION : Area Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall accountable to an area or portfolio assigned (which consist of several outlets) including P&L, fulfillment of targets, SOPs, and policies of the company
• Direct and manage stalls according to the company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Coach outlets in-charge and train service crew on food handling, service conduct and compliance to standards
• Monitor sales and provide routine/ monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
• Conduct investigations & prepare reports for all incidents happened at outlet and put up recommendation
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues
• Resolve customers’ complaints and operational issues

• Preferably with diploma/degree or certifications in F&B, supply chain or related courses
• Computer literacy with knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Possess good knowledge of WSHA, HACCP & MUIS regulations
• Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to drink stall operations and customer issues
• People manager with the ability to foster positive working relationships
• Preferably someone with at least 5 years’ in a supervisory role
• Experience working in F&B sector is a plus
