Job Responsibilities

  • To undergo management Training for Front of House (Floor) and Back of House (Kitchen)
  • Lead and manage a high performance team and develop talents
  • Attend customer\'s needs and queries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide management and administrative support
  • Assist Managers complete daily tasks and overseas an efficient and effective day to day operation of branch or outlet
  • Monitors in ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist manager in recruitment, training and marketing campaign
  • Coach and develop colleagues to ensure meet standard of operation
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Management, Business, Hospitality and relevant fields
  • Strong management skills with ability to lead and manage a team
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work shift, weekends and public holiday
