The Brand/Area Manager will oversee operations, sales, team management, and brand development across multiple beauty outlets. This role ensures consistent brand standards, drives sales, leads store teams, and collaborates with cross-functional departments to achieve operational excellence. Candidates with prior experience in the beauty industry or a related field will be preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations and sales performance across multiple salon outlets Lead, coach, and support Sales Managers to achieve KPIs and service excellence Drive customer footfall and revenue through strategic promotions and marketing Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and profitability Collaborate with the Regional Manager on business strategies and execution Provide regular performance reporting and make data-informed decisions
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an Area Manager in retail or beauty Strong leadership and team development skills Commercially savvy with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences Degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
