Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and manage the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the sites as allocated. 12 Hour Shifts (Day / Night) To take the lead in manpower planning for individual sites as assigned not limiting to manpower forecasting and planning for all permanent and relief security personnel. Conduct on the job training for sites as per requirement to new hires and conduct refresher courses as and when required. For instance, safety briefing, traffic management control. Coordinate with the management team and work client's management team to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to carry out investigations and write incident reports Make rounds and checks on various sites to ensure security personnel are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on a weekly basis. Attend weekly/monthly meetings with clients and contribute towards performance improvement plan in the security industry and to provide better services to clients. Submission of reports on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

Possess good interpersonal skills and to work as a team including security personnel. Able to meet tight deadlines and meet custommer expectations promptly Competent in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word At least 1 year experience in handling operations
Main Office hours: 28 Riverside Road #03-01A Progen Building (s) 739085 from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
