Responsibilities

• Support PO during user council / advisory forums
• Assist PO in executing constant customer feedback loop
• Support the PO for the backlog prioritization
• Define and document acceptance criteria for user stories
• Drive detailed refinement of user stories according to backlog prioritization
• Participate in release / sprint planning for sprint demo and feedback to the Agile Squad
• Evaluate product progress at each iteration (measured against key results), Plan sprints and drive backlog refinement sessions
• Collaborate with Technology BA and software engineer to make sure requirements are well understood
• Participate in UAT testing and user experience validation
• Prepare user training material and support user training
• Document and maintain rule dictionary

• Bachelors/Master\'s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
• Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business
• Well versed in investment products and order process flows
• Business risk domain knowledge and mindset
• Logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiar with Agile SCRUM methodology
• Strong IT knowledge / interest is preferred
