The position will be based on Singapore office, it is a challenging and rewarding position in which you will:
Deliver the financial goals of the business in the region by driving profitable sales growth.
Act as the primary interface between the company and customers
Develop and implement comprehensive sales action plans and initiatives.
Facilitate best in class customer services and support to the network.
Strategically manage Sparex\'s best interests in the region with existing accounts as well as identifying new sales opportunities
What You Will Do:
Plan and implement the agreed sales and marketing strategy; recommend and develop initiatives and actions to drive sales and margin growth.
Report to functions and functional executives on information gathered from the market to leverage business and develop opportunities, limit failures or customer dissatisfaction and overall enhance the company\'s reputation and opportunities in the region.
Plan, coordinate and implement the regions CRM strategy, enhancing customer relationships, customer experience and driving market penetration and results.
Use appropriate internal support to ensure customer requirements, enquiries and transactions are managed and fulfilled to agreed standards.
Provide technical information, technical literature, parts interpretation and efficient sales and marketing services to the customer base.
Carry out all related business procedures in the region.
Travel as required to the region (50-75% of the time).
What you bring to your new role:
Fluent in Japanese.
Working knowledge of sales and marketing practices suited to the agricultural sector.
Working knowledge of multiple franchise dealer partner channels.
Experience within manufacturing and / or agricultural industry would be beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales management experience, preferably in agricultural equipment.
Proven skills in building and maintaining professional relationships.
Excellent communication skills to both dealer partners and end users.
Experience in the rural sector, preferably within farm machinery or an allied industry.
Tertiary level qualifications in Sales & Marketing, Agronomy, or closely related field.
Ability to deliver presentations and training confidently and effectively.
Fluency with Microsoft office suite.
Experience with Salesforce CRM would be highly regarded.
An ability to operate autonomously within Australia, and overseas from time to time.
Preparedness to travel and the ability to travel within the respective area, including nights away from home as required.
