Position Title: Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance ($1000) + Mobile Allowance ($100) + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for driving sales performance and growing the company's presence in the region as a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager
Develops and implements sales plans to meet or exceed targets within the assigned territory
Identifies and develops new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong relationships
Manages and supports existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Provides market feedback and customer insights to management to support product and business decisions
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Min 5 years of sales experience, ideally in safety equipment or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
