Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across assigned stores in line with global brand guidelines.
Implement seasonal floor sets, promotions, product launches, and new store openings.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate compliance, coach teams, and identify improvement opportunities.
Create compelling displays that reflect brand stories, local trends, and customer preferences.
Train and guide store teams on VM standards, display techniques, and product presentation.
Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Buying, and Operations to support seasonal campaigns and drive sales.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (multi-store/regional experience preferred).
Strong sense of creativity, design, and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
* Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple store projects.
