Sutton Art Consulting is a full-service art consultancy well versed in overseeing all aspects of art selection, commissioning, customised framing and installation. We are based in Singapore, with capabilities to operate in the region.





Sutton Art Consulting has an exciting opportunity for the right person to assist with an art consulting project for a five star hotel brand from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Mostly work from home and attend regular internal as well as client meetings together.

Study and understand the concept and designs provided by the interior designer.

Preparation of the following documents: Artwork Concept, Design Development, Artwork Schedule and Specifications.

Research and source suitable artworks for the project, keeping in mind the allocated budget.

Assist with the supervision of the art commissioning, procurement and installation processes.

Job Requirements

Must hold recognized qualification within Interior Design, Art History or Graphic Design.

Must be competent in Microsoft Office applications. InDesign is a bonus.

Willing to occasionally travel to Indonesia

Able to commit to the project from start to finish is a must

The individual should be based in Singapore and hold Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.

Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

A strong sense of responsibility towards the project.

Able to work independently and in a small team in order to meet deadlines.

Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Possess a great sense of Creativity, Initiative and Reliability.

Enjoy the collaborative process brainstorming.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years experience in art consulting for hospitality spaces.

Experience sourcing artists/artisans in SE Asia is preferred.
