The Art Director at FirstCom Academy will lead the creative direction and visual communication of all marketing, branding, and content initiatives. You will oversee the design and production of creative assets that engage learners, strengthen the brand identity, and support campaign objectives across digital, print, and video platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative team, including designers and content writers, to deliver high-impact visual and written content.
Plan and oversee the creative production schedule, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Translate brand direction and marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and deliverables.
Provide clear creative briefs, feedback, and mentorship to ensure strong visual outcomes.
Review and approve design and video outputs before campaign launch.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align creative output with campaign goals and business strategies.
Stay updated on design, content, and marketing trends to keep creative execution fresh and relevant.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading or managing creative teams.
Strong understanding of design principles, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
