About the Role

The Art Director at Metamedia People will lead the art direction of multimedia projects. You will oversee the design and production of projects that will engage and deliver the intended key messages. You will also work closely with a team of producers, designers and meet clients for presentations and understanding requirements.





We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong eye for aesthetics and design in multimedia/visual communications.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct the art direction and manage the designer team to deliver visuals and creative content for productions. Provide clear creative briefs and mentorship to producers and designers. Review and approve design for multimedia productions. Participate in presentations and meetings with clients to understand requirements and design themes that align with client's intended communication strategy and objectives of projects.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Design Communications/Multimedia, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience leading or managing creative teams. Strong understanding of design principles and communication strategy. Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Responsible, proactive, and a team worker.
