This role combines leadership in setting the creative direction with active involvement in design execution across experiential projects, events, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Execution
Lead the creative development of campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives across all touchpoints.
Deliver high-quality design work personally, covering graphics, layouts, decks, environmental assets, and digital collaterals.
Generate compelling visual concepts that communicate ideas clearly and powerfully.
Brand Stewardship
Ensure all creative outputs strengthen and align with H&B's brand identity and standards.
Adapt creative direction across diverse projects -- events, marketing campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Partner closely with internal teams (marketing, events, partnerships, operations) to translate briefs into creative solutions.
Guide, review, and mentor junior designers, interns, and freelancers.
Innovation & Versatility
Stay ahead of design, cultural, and experiential trends to keep H&B's work innovative and relevant.
Demonstrate versatility in working across different mediums:
