If you have experience managing teams in the AAA console games industry and are seeking a full-time role in Singapore, we want to hear from you! We are recruiting an Art Director for a creative and collaborative team, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. The Art Director will set up a team and take a significant managerial role responsible for setting up the vision and direction of the team. You will consistently guide and improve art design professionalism to ensure company products are highly competitive in the global market. During your first few weeks in this Art Director role, you can expect to:

• Manage a team of full-cycle game art designers for 3A console project(s)
• Identify and nurture new and existing high-potential artists, participating in recruitment and planning for expansion and personnel career growth
• Inspire creative processes within a team from concept to the final product, leveraging internal and external resources
• Help establish the art production pipeline, working closely with production, design, and engineering

To apply for this Art Director position, you will need 10+ years of experience in the 3A console game industry with a track record of managing a sizeable art team for successful console projects. We are looking for an inspiring communicator who can steer the team to achieve excellent results. Additional qualifications include:

• Solid command of full-cycle workflow from concept to production, including but not limited to User Interface, VFX, Modelling, Character Development, and Animation
• Aptitude in multiple traditional artistic disciplines to complement directorial credibility
• Highly organized individual with experience managing creative teams and effective collaborators with other disciplines

• Awareness and record of creating games on time and within a budget.
