Responsibilities
An Art Director helps performing artistes to present the science of music and dance in so beautiful a form that it exudes art in addition to technical expertise. The Art Director in choreography with her training and instruction to the performing artistes of Club Colaba will bring out the best in their talent. These artistes will be responsible to provide entertainment to the patrons of Club Colaba and keep them spellbound till the last second of the performance. In addition to the above, will keep an eye on emerging trends in dance and presentation to provide the best possible entertainment with regard to contemporary music and dance. 1. Create dance and movement routines. 2. Help all artistes to interpret music or dance and perform in a production. 3. Help all artistes to convey emotion or tell a story using body movements. 4. Attend rehearsals and confer with other band members. 5. Work with musicians and artistes to fine-tune performance. 6. Arrange for musical instruments or props necessary for the performance. 7. Provide tips to artistes on keeping the audience engaged and improvise when required. 8. Train all artistes to build a rapport with the patrons. 9. Good communication skills and the ability to express abstract ideas visually. Our organization looking only for Singaporean candidates.
