News links on company information: : As 3D Art Director, you will work closely with product development and marketing team. Your primary goals will be to creating 3D models of products and brand assets, and managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines. To be a successful 3D artist, you should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a good team player. Ultimately, a top-notch 3D artist is creative and artistic with a strong working knowledge of colour, texture, and light as well as industry-standard software. Responsibilities: You will be reporting to the creative director, and will be responsible for highly usable and intuitive 3D creation. Any concept you create will be brand-consistent across all brand experiences that our company provides to our end users. Develop intuitive, usable, and visual designs for product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process. Using 3D modelling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations. Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance. Reviewing 3D arts and recommending improvements. Creating 3D sculpts and assets to meet artistic standards. Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision. Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the digital design field. Key Qualifications Must be working on a degree in a art & design field (preferably visual design, industrial design, UI/UX, graphic design etc.) Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including Blender and any 3D creative software. An eye for composition, realism, texture, colour, and lighting. Proactive: Independently schedules design reviews and actively participates when relevant in internal meetings. Flexibility: Eager and open to learning new software and trying new design techniques. Shows initiative to understand new processes. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Skills and Creative Tools Blender or any 3D creative software Photoshop Illustrator Working hours 9:00am-6:00pm The 3 months will be probation period for observation and getting to know the company operations better Job Types : Full-time /Part-time Salary: Market Rate Work Remotely
