Responsibilities - Responsible for the construction, optimization and progress management of the art team - Understand the project's demand for art in terms of design and technology, have product awa Responsibilities - Responsible for the construction, optimization and progress management of the art team - Understand the project's demand for art in terms of design and technology, have product awareness, and organize art design and production from the perspective of customer scheduling -Manage the overall art creativity, original painting design and art quality, and provide creative design ideas for game art based on the game world view - Be familiar with the upstream and downstream aspects of UE4 project art, and be able to well communicate the work integration of art and other aspects -Have a clear understanding of game performance optimization and other aspects - Have experience in outsourcing quality control and progress tracking, and have good communication skills to help projects improve efficiency and quality in outsourcing use. Requirements 1.10+ years of experience in concept art design in game or film industries 2.At least 5 years of leadership experience in the video game industry 2 years of Art Direction experience, especially realistic art style 3.Must have shipped a minimum of 1-2 AAA games 4.Good Knowledge of Photoshop and 3D software (e.g. 3DS Max) Master in realistic art style 5.Ability to revise the work done by others and suggest improvements if necessary 6.Outstanding creativity and design capability, qualified to lead the breakthrough of art team in the fields of art innovation and concept design 7.Excellent artistic judgement with international mindset 8.Be active and highly self-motivated in responsible design work 9.Understanding of art fundamentals and artistic culture 10.Great communication (in both Chinese & English) and presentation skills combined with a positive attitude 11.Natural curiosity and creativity with the ability to explore new ideas and learn from others.
