This role will join our marketing and content teams in ideation, planning, implementing and execution of art direction and photography/content creation for campaigns, product launches, media or VIP events (if any). Job Scope: Lead the creative team and junior designers/content creators to execute all campaign and launch collaterals required in a timely manner Work with the marketing and content team to research, ideate and plan the art direction, styling and production of all photoshoots Work with the marketing and product design team in ensuring all digital and store touch points are in line with the brand's story and identity Work with the team to ensure the UX and UI is consistent for the user Execute or work with photographers to execute all fashion, product photography and retouching and to ensure timely delivery of art work to our graphic designer to prep for implementation Maintain props, photography equipment and lighting and to keep a proper log of all company photography assets Working and liaising with external vendors such as model agencies, makeup artists and all vendors the brand outsources for photoshoots when necessary Assist with purchasing and sourcing of props for photoshoot Prepare the studio for photoshoots by setting up necessary lights and ensuring that the space is clean. Find appropriate locations for shoots that are held outside of the studio to achieve the art direction to portray the brand's identity Mentor, guide and train junior graphic designers or content creators on creative direction as well as their growth and performance. Requirements: At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity Experience in photography a plus Experience in shooting jewellery, product photography or macro objects a plus Experience in e-commerce/retail industry a plus Strong creative presence and aestheticst Able to respect deadlines and high attention to detail a must A portfolio is compulsory to apply for this role.
