Job Description
: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced art director to join our in-house creative team at MindChamps The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in an agency or in-house role and be a creative and strategic thinker.
Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts and art direction for brochures, advertisements, digital marketing campaigns, annual reports and social media
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with MindChamp\'s brand voice and messaging
- Collaborate with the marketing team, creative team and copywriters to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Ensure all designs are visually compelling and on-brand
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest quality work
- Lead and mentor junior designers
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an art director in an agency or in-house role
- Strong design and art direction skills
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Ability to understand and align with a brand\'s voice and messaging
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with digital marketing and social media
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or related field
