Job Description

Our client is a beloved motion arts studio in Singapore that has been featured in Vogue, The Straits Times, Time Out, 98.7 FM, and more.
They are seeking a dutiful and energetic Art Guest Experience & Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of their space.
Please note that this is a trainee position, and candidates are not fully-expected to be seasoned managers but will come in with the right aptitude and attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the daily operations of the studio, including guiding guest experiences, resetting stations, cleaning up, and maintaining inventory of art supplies.
  • Manage staff and schedule planning.
  • Lead and manage new experience or product rollouts.
  • Monitor and report key metrics such as guest satisfaction scores, inventory, sales, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 1 year of experience in operational or customer-facing roles in F&B, retail, entertainment, or similar environments.
  • Internship experience is welcome.
  • People-friendly, service-oriented, and naturally warm personality.
  • Organized, responsible, and possessing empathetic leadership traits.
  • Open-minded to mentorship and a pathway into management.
  • Strong plus for candidates that have an affinity for the arts.
