Full-Time Art Instructors

-- both mid-level and senior -- to join our dynamic teaching team and help shape the next generation of artists.

Position Overview

Art Instructor

Ideal for early-career educators with strong technical skills and a passion for working with children and families.

Senior Art Instructor

Best suited for experienced teachers ready to take on curriculum planning, intern mentorship, and leadership of higher-level workshops.

Key Responsibilities

Teach structured art classes in drawing, acrylic painting, watercolor, and mixed media Adapt lessons to suit students' age, skill level, and learning style Deliver premium sessions for art jamming, events, and private bookings Maintain a warm, inspiring, and professional studio atmosphere Support or lead holiday programs, art exhibitions, and creative workshops (Senior Role) Guide junior instructors or interns and contribute to curriculum development

Requirements

For Art Instructor:

Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (studio or enrichment setting) Strong technical foundation in drawing and painting Experience working with children, teens, and families Able to work on weekends (core studio schedule) Good classroom management and communication skills Bonus: Mandarin-speaking or experience with bilingual students Bonus: Familiarity with art events or workshop facilitation

For Senior Art Instructor:

3+ years of teaching experience, with leadership or curriculum responsibilities Confident in managing group classes and mentoring newer team members Comfortable designing or adjusting lesson plans based on student needs Able to represent the studio professionally during events and client-facing sessions
