Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in the publishing or advertising industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in book cover design and marketing materials.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent visual and conceptual skills.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
