We are also advancing the use of

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

and

Machine Learning (ML)

in the insurance domain -- building next-generation data-driven solutions to optimize underwriting, claims, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Plan, design, and develop advanced AI/ML models and algorithms that solve real-world insurance challenges. Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured) to support model development. Lead the research and prototyping of new AI methodologies (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, deep learning) tailored to the insurance sector. Explore and visualize complex datasets to uncover insights and business value for clients. Conduct rigorous model testing, interpret findings, and evaluate performance for scaling and deployment. Collaborate with SAP/insurance consultants to integrate AI solutions into

core insurance platforms

(e.g., FS-PM, FS-CM). Identify risks, constraints, and assumptions in AI solution design, applying mitigation strategies. Publish knowledge, share expertise internally, and contribute to thought leadership in

AI for insurance

. Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and assess their applicability to insurance transformation.

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML roles (e.g., AI Engineer, AI Researcher/Scientist). Proven ability to design, test, and deploy AI/ML models in production environments. Strong skills in statistics, data science, and programming (Python, R, Java, or similar). Experience integrating AI with

SAP or insurance core systems

(FS-PM, FS-CM, FS-ICM). Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience handling large, real-time, unstructured datasets. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to insurance technology or financial services. Cloud experience with AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Master's degree, MBA, or relevant AI certifications. Additional local language skills.
