Artiste & Project Manager

to oversee creative projects, manage company artistes, and ensure seamless coordination between clients, sales, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Artist Management:

Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution. Manage and coordinate company artistes, overseeing their schedules and creative output. Develop and maintain a clear project timeline for artistes, ensuring timely delivery of work.

Client Relations & Sales:

Act as the primary liaison between clients and artistes, facilitating clear communication. Pitch services and project ideas to potential clients, securing business opportunities. Respond to sales inquiries professionally and efficiently, addressing client needs.

Administrative & Financial Tasks:

Process payment forms and manage financial documentation for artists. Ensure contracts, invoices, and agreements are properly executed and recorded. Work closely with finance teams to track budgets and payments related to projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in project management, artiste management, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate and close deals with clients confidently. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in entertainment, media, or creative industries is a plus.
