Job scope \xc2\xb7 Perform the day-to-day operations of the Artistic Establishments and their performances. \xc2\xb7 Lead and perform the operations for performances for variable programmes, festive seasons, product launches, marketing, sales, and/or any requirements that is needed by the management. \xc2\xb7 Ensure constant cleanliness of assigned establishments and the areas that make up the Artistic area. \xc2\xb7 Report any findings regarding cleanliness, maintenance, repairs, equipment malfunction, and other unusual findings of assigned establishment. \xc2\xb7 Maintain character while conducting role-play in assigned establishment. \xc2\xb7 Make simple repairs and adjustments to costumes as needed. \xc2\xb7 Send costumes to laundry as per scheduled, and when it\xe2\x80\x99s urgently needed. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Theatre and the cleanliness of the area \xe2\x80\x93 front of house (FOH), audience seats, stage, backstage, and wings. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all props and set are set in position and kept in their rightful location. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the Theatre are always in \xe2\x80\x98Back-to-One\xe2\x80\x99 position before and after every show. \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of instrument playing and choreography of dance is an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends, and holidays. \xc2\xb7 Friendly Guest disposition. \xc2\xb7 Outgoing and fun personality. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work in Sentosa Island.
