Design and Plan Curriculum

? Design, plan engaging, student-centered lessons for AS & A Level following CAIE syllabus guidelines.

? Prepare annual, term-wise and weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.

? Use a wide range of instructional strategies, including inquiry-based learning and differentiated

instruction.

? Ensure timely coverage of syllabus and thorough exam preparation, including past papers.

Approaches to Teaching and Learning & Classroom Management

? Delivery - Establishing a Culture for Learning - Instructional Practice

? Student Behaviour Management

? Assessment for learning

? Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the Cambridge AS & A Level syllabus.

? Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional materials that meet CAIE standards.

? Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

? Integrate inquiry-based, learner-centric, and skills-focused teaching methodologies.

? Ensure effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.

Student Outcomes

? Student Performance -Provide academic mentoring and pastoral care to support student well-being

and achievement.

? Conduct extra classes or intervention sessions for students needing academic support.

? Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.

? Use of Analytics in Student Progress - Analyse student performance data to identify learning gaps

and improvement areas.

? Develop remedial/enrichment plans.

? Prepare academic progress reports and present findings to the leadership team.

? Student Outcomes - Analysis of student performance (Internal and External) and encouraging them

to reflect on their learning.

? Stay updated with Cambridge syllabus updates, assessment criteria, and best practices.

Student Support & Enrichment

? Coordinate learning support, extension, and enrichment programs for students.

? Foster student engagement through academic competitions, exhibitions, and project-based learning.

Alignment to Vision Mission and Core Values

? Instilling Vision, Mission and Core Values among Students / Stake holders.

? Proficiency with School Management System (ERP)

? Adaptation to New Educational Technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
