Job Requisition ID #24WD82932Position OverviewThe Renewals Executive is responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals while creating customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experience.The role is also responsible for identification and creation of expansion opportunities. This role works primarily through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and alignment with Worldwide Sales teams. In addition, this role focuses on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales quotas to drive revenue growthDirect Customer engagement with Mid-Market Customers across ASEANManage the direct renewals directly with the end-usersBuilds opportunity pipeline and forecast management for Mid-Market renewal opportunitiesWorks closely and aligns with Midmarket sales and partner ecosystems to drive renewal and expansion opportunitiesProvides deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closureServes as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact the customer\'s retention and is responsible for driving risk mitigation executionIdentifies customer upsell and expansion opportunitiesReports on sales results and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and productCoordinates and executes collaborative channel partner, assigned territory sales, and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performanceEnhance customer and partner relationships, QBR\'s, drive and close renewals, while aligning TASE\'s /Sales management meetings.Complexity: works to resolve complex issues and can exercise sound judgment in solutionNegotiation: Undertake complex negotiations with customers and partnersInfluencing: Able to influence partners in driving the outcome of the right renewalMinimum QualificationsFluent languages spoken and written: English with fluency in an ASEAN language like Thai, Vietnamese and Bahasa as an added advantageEducation Level: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in handling the sales/renewals of ASEAN B2B customers through direct customer engagement5+ years of software sales/renewals sales experienceProven ability to negotiate $50k+ complex sales/renewals dealsWorking knowledge of SFDC complex sales/renewals deals#LI-JT1Learn MoreAbout Autodesk
