:As Treasury Services Product head within the ASEAN Payments franchise, you will be responsible to deepen market share for six markets in ASEAN and execute the commercialization strategy. We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to develop differentiated solutions and deliver execution. In addition to having oversight responsibilities for Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, you will be directly responsible for Singapore Treasury Services Product. In this client-facing role, you will report to the ASEAN Payments Head and work closely with Product, Sales, and functional partners on client strategy, investment roadmap and resiliency. In addition, you will be required to front regulatory bodies and participate in industry-led initiatives from time-to-time.Job Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the commercialization agenda for ASEAN markets, including the lobbying for technology investments; the ability to understand and assess market, macro-economic and regulatory dynamics will be critical
• Specifically for Singapore Treasury Services, manage product development and solutioning
• Collaborate with Coverage, Sales and Solutions Specialists in solutioning, risk-assessment, pitching and executing client mandates
• Partner closely with Finance, Legal and Risk functional colleagues to ensure product delivery is seamless and can be adapted to meet bespoke client needs
• Support regional and global stakeholders on product strategy and management related tasks including, product build-out and new booking locations and jurisdictions
• Lead country stakeholders on enhancing controls, system resiliency and governance
• Participate in industry initiatives led by Singapore BCS and ABS, and engage with regulatory bodies including the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Economic Development Board

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Banking or other related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Cash Management Product space;
• Knowledge of Working Capital Management and Foreign-Exchange is a-must, in addition to Compliance, Controls and Legal aspects
• Track record in client solutioning and supporting request-for-proposal process
• Track record in lobbying for technology investments and commercialization strategy
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across Coverage, Sales, Service, Operations and Technology with strong influencing skills
• Ability to front regulatory bodies and participate/ lead industry-wide initiatives
• People management experience including matrix and remote reporting

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Prior experience in Trade Finance or Merchant Acquiring will be a bonus
• Experience on Agile product development
• Ability to navigate a global/ matrix organization set-up
• Willingness to travel intra-Asia and beyond
