:Responsible for providing technical and service support to customers for the process and environmental range of products Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries Perform service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of Yokogawa Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support. Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract Provide product training to end user and channel partner

Job Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years in process industry in the field of Instrumentation & Control Knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzers Experience/knowledge in Yokogawa GC8000, NIR800, Yokogawa PCAS, ASET, network. TDLS8000 Knowledge of process analyzers, environmental monitoring systems, and related equipment Ability to prepare service reports, spare parts quotations, and handle technical documentation
