Regional Commercial Director (Asia)

Argyll Scott Singapore is retained by a global consumer and lifestyle retail group to appoint a Regional Commercial Director, Asia. Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role will shape the region's commercial strategy, elevate partner performance (franchise, wholesale, distributor, B2B2C), and drive sustainable growth across Asia. It offers both immediate impact and long-term career progression within a global business.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy across direct-to-consumer (direct retail, company-owned) and partner-led (franchise, wholesale, distributor, B2B2C) markets
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales organisation, embedding consistency and accountability
• Strengthen partner relationships to drive retail excellence, optimise investments, and accelerate growth
• Unlock new market opportunities while delivering strong and sustainable commercial results
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations to enable execution

Key Requirements

• Over years 15 years of experience in consumer, lifestyle, or adjacent retail sectors
• Demonstrated success managing both direct-to-consumer and partner-led markets across Asia
• Proven track record in P&L ownership, balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational delivery
• Experience building and scaling regional teams in fast-growth, performance-driven environments
• Strong cultural agility, stakeholder influence, and ability to thrive in dynamic contexts
