About YouWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who loves to learn, share knowledge, and is a team player \xe2\x80\x93 someone who can bring a fresh perspective and one who is constantly seeking better practice for the overall quality of our work and our customer experience.Key Areas of Responsibility\xe2\x97\x8f Support of all Applications for ASIA\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in Global Project and Future SAP lead for ASIA\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and validate the application design.\xe2\x97\x8f Gather feedback from business users and understand the requirements\xe2\x97\x8f Define/Validate IT Application process and governance\xe2\x97\x8f Work with other Regional/Global IT teams/Vendor\xe2\x97\x8f Author complex stored procedures, SQL Jobs\xe2\x97\x8f Assists in project planning and scheduling\xe2\x97\x8f L1-L2 Support/trainer for end-users\xe2\x97\x8f Vendor Coordination & Vendor-Contract ManagementQualifications/ Experience\xe2\x97\x8f Diploma/relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science\xe2\x97\x8f Exposure to end-user environments with different application technologies (ERP, CRM, BI\xe2\x80\xa6)\xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years experience in ERP, BI space\xe2\x97\x8f Team player with experience working with multi-cultural team and regional exposure\xe2\x97\x8f Pro-active and independent\xe2\x97\x8f Good knowledge of Business process and ERP architecture\xe2\x97\x8f knowledge and exposure working with different modes of integrations ( ETL, ELT, ESB\xe2\x80\xa6.)\xe2\x97\x8f Very good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, SSIS.\xe2\x97\x8f An understanding of Financial Reporting and / or Financial Concepts\xe2\x97\x8f An understanding of cash-to-order, procure-to-pay process\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to prioritize assignments,\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of existing and emerging technologies.\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations.\xe2\x97\x8f Regional travel will be required\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working in the manufacturing domain is a plus\xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to learn new applications is a plus
