Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
Assist the Shiseido APAC legal team to leverage software and technology to streamline, manage and execute legal tasks or workflows, for the company and its affiliates in the region to create efficiencies and mitigate risk.

REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Information Systems / Information Technology / Engineering Systems Management or related fields (preferred)
- A positive attitude and have interest in technology and process improvement and finding new and smart ways to develop and use it
- Proficient in Office365 tools including SharePoint, PowerApps and Teams
- Experience building reports with Power BI (a plus)
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate in written and verbal forms with colleagues across all levels of the Organisation
- Team player who can work effectively as part of a team of technical and non-technical individuals
- Knowledge of the legal industry and legal documents (a plus)
