Job Description

MAIN PURPOSEKey member of the Regional Retail Design Leadership Team. Responsible for the strategic planning, coordinating and execution of retail environments to achieve brand business objectives. Drive regional production as well as manage HQ offerings, to facilitating the delivery of production assets . To ensure VMD standard is consistent across region. Adhering to brand governance. Holder of the department\'s project trafficking and tracking processes. Initiate and Drive SDVM Indirect Procurement and Collateral Management setup process.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan product launches following brand marketing calendar and display tester rollouts, project milestones from program offering, collating of markets\' orders to production, shipment to market OCD timelines for multiple brands.
• Review regional/global programs\' VMD development and cost negotiation with vendors.
• Part of the team to support the deployment for New Store Concept and to support markets in production.
• Coordination and Communication of new store counter openings upon reviewing store design layouts and VMD planogram guideline.
• Manage project tracking for multiple brands in order to manage team timeline.
• Program launch coordination (collating region orders and mark out market variants for customization).
• Shopping cart requisitions from vendor quotations to raising vendor PO
• Colour proof match prints, material samples and product library maintenance.
• Manage Retail Design team SAP process, including accounts tracking and invoicing.
• Support and review markets inventory order for new counter (CPB & LM)
• Manage vendor on open sell modules production and program updates (LM)
• Provide guidance to markets on VMD ordering from HQ.
• Advise retail design team on production, timeline and material sourcing.
• Keep track on HQs offering closely liase with HQ counterpart.
• New Concept Development and Process Initiatives
• Support project planning for Retail Store Design New Concept
• Project manage VMD New Concept Development eg. Shiseido Mecca Gondola roll out
• Implement and Update SAPAC SDVM IP & PM Workflow Playbook
• Enhance value-added VM processes catering support to markets across the region
• Review end to end project work processes on SAPAC POSM Collateral Management and implement reworks with all relevant teams\' alignment for a better collaboration
• Advisories on processes enhancements for better collaborations between Marketing and Retail Design Teams
• Plays a key role on overall Retail Design department\'s value accounting for projects and services rendered at every year end.

Project Management

• Mecca and Open Sell Point of Sale

• Partner design teams & BH to brief DDC for OS production runs.
• Manages TD and prototype reviews with design teams.
• Provide ad-hoc review on production and prototyping
• Trouble shoot and mitigate production challenges, timeline challenges and brand design release
• Tracks and monitors Mecca inventory shipments and store conversions
• Consolidate and produce annual OS census/store mix for Brand teams and APAC Corp Strat team
• Affiliate Store & Counter Census Tracking

• Consolidate and produce annual store & counter census/store mix for Brand teams and APAC Corp Strat team
• Leadership ang guidance on PM matters to designers and PM exec, PM interns.
• Planning of vm projects vis a vis resource availability. Reviews with director and makes recommendations on planned actions
• Lead weekly team meetings as part of senior members of RD team
• Monthly Projects reporting for brand teams

• Organise and undertake initial round shopfitter rate card negotiations
• Rate card reviews with APAC RD team leads and director
• Rate card contract administration and maintenance
• Shopfitter Annual Project Evaluation

• Work with local VM teams to review & evaluate shopfitter projects
• Review & assess shopfitter evaluation reports from local teams with APAC RD team
• GWP and Ad Hoc project resource sourcing

• Supports regional brand GWP production through vendor sourcing
• Manage the Creation of RFP, job briefs
• Manage the RFQ process, cost analysis and provides recommendations
• Project brief prior to handing over to PM executive.

Retail Design Team Resource Administration

• Tracking and maintenance of Team IT and Software Assets.
• Supports the building of annual team budgets
• Monitoring and Tracking of RD CC Reports, and maintenance of monthly phasing and LE reports
• Monitoring and tracking of year end accruals
• Consolidation of RD Team annual productivity report

SAP & FOCUS

• SAP Poweruser & provides support and solutioning to focus team. Ie being the source of institutional information transfer to new Focus Team members due to high personnel turnover.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of project process and timeline management
• Good analytical skills with good understanding of project requirements on Retail Design aspects
• Strong communication skills to liase with stakeholders from HQ, RHQ, Affiliate and vendors
• Takes the initiative to assess, suggest and advise on process improvements on project management relevancy.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP systems and Adobe software is a plus.
• Good understanding of a regional corporate environment
