Job Description
As a member of the regional HR team, work with the HR teams of 9 Asian corporations and oversee the overall regional HR operations (recruitment, payroll, human resources management, promotion, evaluation, etc.)
Communication between headquarters and Asia region regarding personnel management, HR system improvement, etc.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in HRM
Liaise between Korean HQ and regional offices in both English and Korean.
Experience working with overseas subsidiaries or global project teams is a plus Strong understanding of HRM performance analysis and operations Analytical mindset with data-driven business communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
