provide operational capabilities to Azqore's client banks, allowing them to focus on executing their strategy, while reducing operational cost and improving operational risk. Within Asia Operations, the

Securities team

is responsible for processing and managing the risk relating to securities & derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate actions, asset creation and maintenance.


The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:


The processing and controls of the processes within the Securities function. Ensuring efficiency and productivity in delivering quality services to Azqore's clients. Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.

Your responsibilities




Successful applicant will be responsible for the Corporate Actions processing within the Asia Securities Operations team. Understanding of the core system and process workflows are essential. Ensure operational efficiency and excellence and maintain low levels of operational risk Handle queries, concerns and issues from Asian clients and relevant stakeholders There is an expectation that he/she understands the relevant markets and demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of the process(es) he/she is managing Get involved Operations projects and initiatives, including the migration of remaining Corporate Actions processes into Asia, where required Work closely with the counterpart Swiss teams, ensuring processes are aligned. Adhere to client service standards within the team, and consequently positive impact the client ratings for Operations

Your core competencies




Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance. Up to 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes. Familiar with financial products as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks. Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types. Proven experience in leverage technical expertise to provide clients with quality processing and solutions Ability to build and maintain a strong communication channel with clients and stakeholders Good knowledge and practice of Office suite. Excel VBA macro knowledge is a plus. Demonstrate a knowledge of the key risk areas of the Corporate Actions functions and its relevant controls, strong escalation skills and create the ability to be part of the diagnostic process. Ensure that the controls are performed according to the procedures
