provide operational capabilities to Azqore's client banks, allowing them to focus on executing their strategy, reduce operational cost and manage operational risk. Within Asia Operations, the

Securities team

is responsible for processing and managing the risk relating to securities & its derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate action (income, cash) and asset creation and maintenance.


The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:


The processing and controls of the processes within the Securities function. Ensuring efficiency and productivity in delivery quality services to Azqore's clients. Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.
At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a Operations Associate in charge of Securities Transfers.

Your responsibilities




+ Understanding of the core system and process workflow are essential. + There is an expectation that he/she understands the relevant market nuances and demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of the process(es) he/she is handling. + Proactively manages and resolves discrepancies, relating to the functions he/she is responsible for, with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and abroad Participates in Azqore Asia Operations projects, proactively drives and implements process enhancement and improvements, where necessary

Your core competencies

Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance Up to 3 years of relevant experience in

securities settlements and/or transfer processes

. Familiar with financial products as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks. Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types. Good knowledge and practice of Office suite. Excel VBA macro knowledge is a plus. Experience in Private Banking is a plus.
