Key responsibilities

• Support the investment team in overseeing a diverse global portfolio, including equity funds, ETFs, hedge funds, private market funds
• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to identify and assess potential fund investments, with the goal of taking on a leading role in idea generation.
• Analyse portfolio performance, benchmark against market trends, and manage risk while keeping management updated on key insights.
• Oversee fund subscriptions, track corporate actions, and promptly inform management of any significant developments.
• Assist with projects and initiatives as needed to support investment operations.

• A bachelors degree or relevant qualification in finance or accounting, with at least two years of experience fund picking, analysing funds, specifically focusing on equities funds.
• Experience from a family office, boutique investment firm or smaller set up is essential.
• Strong independent thinking, the ability to evaluate qualitative and quantitative risks
• Excellent analytical skills, a structured approach to investment research, and a diligent work ethic, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team.
• Experience with Bloomberg is a plus
