Job Responsibilities
Supervise Day to Day Operations
Assisting Duty Manager in overseeing daily transportation operations in accordance with MBS standards
Ensure timely and professional delivery of limousine and valet services
Monitor traffic flow and implement effective traffic management strategies
Support in airport meet & greet services ensuring seamless guest experience
Review manpower allocation and optimize scheduling for operational efficiency
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and disseminate updates on promotions and service standards
Lead Service and Operational Excellence
Conduct service audits to ensure compliance with FORBES Travel Guide and internal standards.
Recommend initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences
Respond to guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally
Supervise Operational Risks
Enforce Marina Bay Sands Workplace Safety and Health Policy
Monitor and report incidents including accidents, suspicious activities, or security concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support emergency response and crisis management protocols
Achieve Employee Engagement
Mentor team members to support career and personal development
Facilitate learning and development opportunities
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with MBS brand culture
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Assist Documentation, Financial and Report management
Prepare and review operational reports and financial documentation
Support budgeting and P&L analysis for transportation services
Contribute to process improvement and sustainability initiatives
Attend departmental meetings and support ongoing projects
Job Requirements
Education and Certification
Diploma or Degree undergraduate in your final year of study in any discipline; or a recent graduate
Experience
Less than 2 years of working experience
Other Pre-requisites
Ability to work in high-stress and fast paced environments
Possession of a valid driver's license preferred
Adaptability; adjust to dynamic operational needs and guest expectations
Flexibility; willingness to rotate across various roles and shifts
Aptitude & Attitude; strong desire to learn, grow and contribute positively
