Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ASP.NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.NET development, SQL Server, IIS, and WCF. You should be well-versed in test-driven development, unit testing, and CI/CD best practices. We value candidates who are self-driven, responsible, open to learning new technologies, and eager to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET applications and WCF services. Work with SQL Server databases, including schema design, optimization, and query development. Deploy and manage applications on IIS. Apply test-driven development (TDD) methodologies and write comprehensive unit tests. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment. Actively adopt and utilize AI tools to improve productivity and code quality. Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor legacy code as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Engage with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical design specifications. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and proactively upskill.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET development. Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, SQL Server, IIS, and WCF. Solid understanding of test-driven development and unit testing. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. Good communication skills, with the ability to engage business users and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks. Proficient in using various AI tools to boost productivity and solve problems.

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

Ruby on Rails development. FastAPI or other modern backend frameworks. Hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-based applications.
