- Term: 1-year contract (renewable)
- Working days: 5 days
- Working Hours: 8.00am-5.30pm | 2.30pm-11.30pm | 11.30am-7am
- Includes Medical benefit and annual leaves
- Company transport provided
- Overall management of a group of technicians, ensuring an optimized and high quality output of our assembly lines.
- Assist the Engineers in training and ensuring that our Production Technicians have the correct competencies.
- Reporting and tracking of manufacturing output
- Efficiency and productivity improvement
- Work with the engineering teams to minimize reworks and retest.
- Ensuring the well-being of employees while maintaining attendance and discipline
- Min. Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Min. 2 years\' experience in leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Innovative, self-motivated and results oriented
- Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Possess effective communication skills
