Responsible for performing troubleshooting & production output

Our Client develops and manufactures microscopes and scientific instruments for the analysis of microstructures and nanostructures.
Widely recognized for optical precision and innovative technology, the company is one of the market leaders in compound and stereo microscopy, digital microscopy, confocal laser scanning and super-resolution microscopy with related imaging systems, electron microscopy sample preparation, and surgical microscopy.

• Perform Assembly and delivers instrument to meet standard cycle time & schedule with highest quality
• Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing cable routing, electronics installation and mechanical assembly.
• Works independently, analyses and tackles standard work problems
• Identify daily technical issues and work with engineers on resolving the top issue
• Guides and provide technical support for Specialist
• Make suggestions to improve the quality of workmanship standards
• Ensures Good documentation (GDP)
• Maintains good housekeeping
• Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety Management System requirements.
• Other duties / ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

• NiTEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical) or any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in an assembly operations / manufacturing environment
• Good problem-solving knowledge and trouble-shooting skills on instruments level
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office
