* This is a 1 year contract role with full benefits (subject to extension/conversion) * Key responsibilities:

Perform hands-on mechanical/electrical assembly tasks within the standard time
Ensure that the assembled machine is according to Makino\'s quality standards
Responsible for keying the operation time into EES for performance measurement
Responsible for housekeeping and ensuring that the assigned machine area is clean and tidy
Carry out duties in according with Quality Policy, EHS control procedures and WIS
Ensure that all machine tools and instruments are properly calibrated and taken care of

Job requirements:

Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience working in Assembly/Production is an added advantage
Able to work shifts and commit to overtime on weekdays and weekends when required
Able to handle physical work and stand for long hours
Able to read and interpret drawings
Have the initiative to learn and produce quality outcome
Responsible and committed to the assigned task
Team player and able to work independently
Singaporeans or PRs only.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
