Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform damage assessment of accident vehicles
• Carry out survey of accident vehicle at workshop and quality control
• Prepare damage assessment report, survey report and QC report
• Attend enquiries from customers, insurers and workshops
• Follow up on case for closure and closing case for billing
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum NTC2/NITEC in Automotive Technology/Engineering
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Fresh graduates/mid-career individuals who have a keen interest may also apply
