Description
A reputable UK law firm is seeking an Asset Finance Associate for their growing practice.
The candidate will be expected to advise clients on asset finance transactions, including aircraft, vessels, rolling stock, renewable energy projects, and other types of tangible and intangible assets. He/She will also draft, review, and negotiate various financing agreements, including loan agreements, lease agreements, security documents, and ancillary contracts.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 1-5PQE
- Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or its equivalent in a common law jurisdiction
- Currently in the banking and finance team of a leading law firm
- Specialist experience in shipping or aviation finance is advantageous
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and a good team player
