Join (LREIT) as an Asset Management Analyst!

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team to provides essential support to LREIT\'s Asset Management function.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Performance monitoring: Assist in the monitoring and tracking of performance for LREIT assets including NPI analysis, and retention and reversion analysis . Entails working with and managing other departments (including Leasing, Centre Management, Marketing) to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Report preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports/presentations for management\xe2\x80\x99s use for board/trustee reporting and other internal/external use.
  • Financial modelling: Maintain, run, enhance and develop detailed financial models, and provide financial analyses for existing and new assets. Responsible for the integrity of the models and accuracy of outputs.
  • Budget and forecasting: Run and derive annual budget/5-year projections, forecasts, ad hoc projections for LREIT assets.
  • Industry research: Research on REIT/real estate markets and practices including monitoring of peer/competitor performance and actions.
  • Annual report: Assist in the preparation of asset management sections for the annual report.
  • Annual valuation: Assist in the annual LREIT valuation exercise including conducting valuer selection process, data provision, and report verification and reviews
  • Asset enhancements initiative: Support in the analysis of asset enhancement initiatives viability and subsequent project management.
  • Investor Relations and ESG: Support IR team during asset showcases/investor site walks. Provide AM inputs for ESG matters.
  • Investment/acquisition: Support Investment team during acquisition/divestment process including asset data provision and verification.
  • Other duties: Day-to-day AM administration including fee verification, payment processing, contracts documentation. Provide AM support on compliance, insurance renewals, enterprise risk management, internal audit.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. real estate, economics, finance or accounting) with a strong analytical grounding.
  • Experience in the retail and office markets, REIT sector is an advantage.
  • Background from leasing, lease administration, property management, project management also appreciated.
