Team Background
We are looking for a Client Service Executive with experience working in the servicing and/or financial sector to join our team responsible for delivering exceptional client service to intermediary clients of J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Singapore and South-East Asia, with the potential to expanding their responsibility to servicing the broader region/client segment. As the point of contact for daily servicing needs of our clients, Client Service Executives require to have an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements of clients across all markets, locations, client entity types and investment requirements. With such understanding of what clients are and what they need, Client Service Executives will provide the level of support on behalf of the firm from the initial point of onboarding from ownership of legal agreement execution, client acceptance on AML KYC processes in accordance with the regulatory requirement, account operational set up, and every downstream consideration such as fees, reporting, regulatory-required notifications set up on behalf of and within the context of the larger firm.
As a wider stakeholder group, partners such as Client Advisors (Sales), Service Delivery team in Operations, CAOs, Onboarding teams in Asia and Europe, Compliance teams and Client Service teams in other regions all form part of the daily internal contact points for the Client Service Executive.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; problem solving abilities; exceptional ownership and independence. Successful candidate will report to the Funds Client Service Manager based in Singapore. Knowledge in asset management, funds and investments, account opening, client onboarding, operations support and experience in issues management, compliance and regulatory complexities and knowledge are the pre-requisites required for this role.
