Job Responsibilities:

This Singapore-based position offers the opportunity to build and sustain client relationships within the Global Liquidity Business at JPMorgan Asset Management (JPMAM). The group is responsible for the distribution of JPMAM\'s short term fixed income products (pooled funds and segregated solutions) and has global assets under management of approximately $861 bn. This role would be specifically focused on: * Developing business by selling Liquidity Funds and Ultra-Short Fixed Income products of JPMAM Global Liquidity primarily to ASEAN and Australian corporations and various other institutional investors.

• Maintaining existing relationships, retaining and growing an existing book of business.
• Ownership of aggressive AUM targets and responsibility for managing an individual sales pipeline from opportunity through to execution.
• Regularly performing client relationship reviews both individually and as part of a broader, cross line of business team. Relationship reviews consist of updating investors on the liquidity funds industry, short-term market developments, and investment trends for corporations and financial institutions.
• Cross-selling the firm and liaising with internal business partners in Global Liquidity, Asset Management, Corporate Banking and Investment Banking to promote the Global Liquidity fund range and to team up to pitch and maintain client relationships.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: * Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in any discipline.

• Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience dealing with corporate treasury organization and/or navigating complex financial institutions.
• Minimum 7 years of experience from Asset Management firms or Financial Institutions is preferred.
• Exposure to treasury, cash, short-term investment management products is preferred as verbal and written proficiency in such products and markets will be a primary driver of success.
• Demonstration of strong knowledge and understanding of clients\' various industries, challenges, opportunities and current news & issues relating to Global Liquidity clients.
• Experience in covering multiple markets (ASEAN, India and Australia) and channels.
• Strong knowledge of the Asset Management business and well-versed in all asset classes.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful way.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; comfort with working across geography, time zones and functions to effectively drive sales agenda for JPMAM Global Liquidity.
• Other Skills - Microsoft Office / Bloomberg is a plus.
• Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills showcasing the ability to proactively engage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to meet challenging deadlines and targets.
• Experience in managing relationships both with clients and internal partners across multiple countries and regions to drive our sales agenda.
• Proven excellent sales records and ability to cold call clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven.
• Candidates must have a willingness to travel frequently.
