Job Description

:

Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Blackstone's existing real estate portfolio in APAC (including Singapore) Develop and execute on the business plan for each investment including leasing, development, capex, ESG strategy, financing and exit Participate and provide strategic direction in quarterly board meetings with portfolio companies and JV partners Reviewing annual business plans and budgets and presenting them internally. Monitor and oversee revenue and cost drivers Identify and analyze trends in the industry and recommend asset management strategies and opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies / JV partners / operating partners external asset managers to ensure maximum investment returns on assets in the portfolio Build portfolio companies / JVs including hiring of senior management including the CEO, CFO and heads of various functions Work closely with the regional and global asset management teams. The role will also entail working closely with other Blackstone internal stakeholders including portfolio management, finance, legal and compliance, institutional client services Proactively pass own market knowledge on to more junior colleagues

The successful candidate must have:


Minimum 5+ years of relevant asset management experience and thorough understanding of Asia Pacific real estate market Proven track record asset managing real estate portfolios (across different asset classes), both stabilizing assets and greenfield development Strong project management, financial and analytical skills An entrepreneurial demeanor, results focused Ability to build strong internal and external relationships Strong communication skills in English. An Asian language skill would be a plus for this position The candidate must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills He/She will be team-oriented and collaborative and must possess strong integrity and professionalism * Bachelor's degree with honors from a top university or college
