Job Description
URGENT
Location : Upper Changi North Road
Position : Assistance Executive - Community Partnership Projects
Contract period : 1 Year (est start in Dec 2023)
Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Fridays : 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
Min Diploma - salary ranges from $2,300 - $2,600 per month depending on relevant working experience.
Skills needed:
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Databases.
Job scope :
To assist the unit in performing functions relating to Community Partnership and Family Policy Branch
- Assist in the digitalisation of information and feedback loop to institutions by working with GovTech to customize their platform GatherSG to facilitate tracking and updates from community partners and volunteers.
